The fundamental principle LOU is built on is that of advocacy. Whether it be for individuals and their families, salary increases for direct support professionals, or changes in legislation; LOU takes it’s role as a advocate most seriously. As such LOU has been fortunate to have bipartisan support as we work daily to ensure the needs and rights of people with developmental disabilities.
